Booking is easy via the ‘Book now’ button. You will be immediately redirected to our booking system, where you can instantly see which rooms are available for your desired period.

 

During the booking, you select your dates, the number of guests and the preferred room. If you would like two separate beds, you can specify this in the comments field. You can also add breakfast (€12 per person per day) and, if needed, make an additional booking for other dates or groups.

 

After payment by Visa or Mastercard, your booking is confirmed. Don’t have either? Complete your booking and then contact us via info@hotelarriate.be with your name, stay dates and room type – we will be happy to assist you.

 

You will immediately receive a confirmation email. Two days before arrival, we will send you a second email with practical information, including your room number and a personal access code for the hotel and your room.

 

From 3:00 PM, you can use this code to check in independently. There is no need to check in or out online – we will handle that for you.

First of all, you will receive two days before arrival an email with all the necessary information about your stay. This email includes your personalized access code and room number.

  We work without physical keys. Instead, you will receive by email one personal code for the hotel entrance and for your room door. With this code, you can easily check in and check out at your own pace, without extra steps. You therefore do not need to do anything for online check-in or check-out – we handle that automatically for you.

  • The check-in time starts from 3:00 PM. An early check-in is possible on request, from 12:00–12:30 PM (depending on availability). A late check-in is always possible: thanks to your personal code, you can enter the hotel at any time after 3:00 PM.
  • The check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.

Finally, upon arrival you may go directly to your room – everything is managed through our self check-in system. There is no need to register at the reception.

When making your reservation, you can choose to add breakfast to your stay. Simply select it in our booking system while reserving your room. Breakfast costs €12 per person per day.   Our breakfast includes a generous and varied selection, such as:

  • Freshly baked rolls and croissants
  • A variety of spreads, cheeses and cold cuts
  • Yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit
  • Juices, coffee and tea
  • And of course a few delightful extras to discover on site
Breakfast is served:
  • On weekdays from 7:00 to 11:00
  • On weekends and public holidays from 8:00 to 11:00

During breakfast, our breakfast host is present; you can settle any outstanding amount on site if needed.  

Do you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know when booking – we’ll be happy to accommodate.  

Would you like a packed lunch to take with you? Please indicate this in advance when booking. A packed lunch also costs €12 per person per day and can be perfectly combined with breakfast.

At Hotel Arriate we use personalised access codes, which you receive by email two days before arrival. With these you can easily enter the hotel and your room.

  • The Suite has a separate entrance on the parking side. You can reach it directly without going through the main entrance.

  • All other rooms are accessible via the hotel’s main entrance, at the front of the building (street side).

Upon arrival, there is no need to check in at reception – you may go straight to your room. Everything works via our self check-in system. Handy tip:

  • Rooms with a number starting with 1 are on the first floor
  • Rooms starting with 2 are on the second floor

At Hotel Arriate we do not serve dinner, but we do offer a lovely breakfast at €12 per person per day. You can also request a packed lunch at the same rate (€12 per person per day). The packed lunch can be combined with breakfast and must be ordered in advance.  

Still fancy something tasty in the evening? Our prime location helps! We are surrounded by plenty of eateries within walking distance:

  • A Chinese restaurant
  • A chip shop
  • A Pizza Hut
  • A grill restaurant
  • An Italian restaurant
  • Colruyt for your groceries

You’ll never have to look far for a good meal nearby!

Requesting an invoice is certainly possible, but it must be requested in advance. You can do this in one of the following ways:

  • By adding a comment when making your reservation in our booking system
  • If you booked via Booking.com, by sending us a message through the platform
  • By sending an email to info@hotelarriate.be

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Company name
  • Full company address
  • VAT number
  • Email address to receive the invoice

If you have any specific preferences for the invoice (such as internal references or a particular structure), please clearly mention these in your email, comment or message.

The following rooms at Hotel Arriate feature a private bathtub and toilet:

  • Twin Room DLX 103
  • Double Room DXL 105
  • Double Room DXL 208

All other rooms are equipped with a private shower and toilet. This way, every room guarantees fully private bathroom facilities during your stay.  

Would you prefer a room with a bathtub? Please mention this when booking or add it as a comment. We will do our best to accommodate this when assigning rooms (subject to availability).

Yes, absolutely! You can park for free in our private car park. The car park is on our private premises and is monitored by cameras, so your vehicle is safe during your stay. There is no need to reserve a parking space – there is ample room for all our guests.  

There are no height or width restrictions, so larger vehicles such as vans or buses can park without any issues.  


Would you like to park before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM? No problem at all. You are welcome to place your car on the premises earlier on the day of arrival.

Our free private car park does not yet have charging stations for electric vehicles.

By car

We are located on the N70, close to the R4 exit, making us very easy to reach by car. We also have a free private car park with ample space, including for larger vehicles.  

Public transport
Just 200 metres from the hotel there is a bus stop served by lines 76, 77 and 78. These buses also run towards Ghent and Dampoort, making the hotel ideal for guests travelling by public transport.  

Location
In the immediate vicinity of Hotel Arriate you’ll find many useful amenities, such as:

  • A bowling alley and a JumpSky trampoline park
  • Shops like AVA, Decathlon, Tom&Co, A.S. Adventure, Colruyt, Dreamland
  • A petrol station
  • Hair salons

Places to eat nearby
Although we do not serve dinner, we are in an area with plenty of dining options. Within walking distance of the hotel you’ll find, among others:

  • A Chinese and an Italian restaurant
  • A chip shop
  • A Pizza Hut
  • A grill restaurant
  • Colruyt for groceries

Our hotel does not have a lift, but it has only two floors.

Our deluxe studio is located on the ground floor and is therefore easily accessible without stairs.  

Do you find stairs challenging? No problem. You can request by email (info@hotelarriate.be) to stay on the first floor – we will gladly take this into account when assigning your room.  

For wheelchair users or guests seeking a fully step-free stay, we recommend our ground-floor studio. It is easily accessible from the car park, with no stairs or thresholds.

No worries! Please contact us by phone or email and we will place the found item at reception. You can collect it between 7:00 and 15:00, when our team is present.
