Booking is easy via the ‘Book Now’ button. You will be directed to our booking system, where you can instantly check room availability for your chosen dates.

 

During the booking process, you select your dates, the number of guests, and your preferred room. If you prefer two separate beds, you can indicate this in the comments field. You may also add breakfast (€12 per person per day) and, if needed, an extra reservation for other dates or groups. Finally, you enter your personal details and any additional requests, such as bed preferences, early or late check-in, or an invoice request.

 

Once payment is completed via Visa or Mastercard, your reservation is confirmed. If you don’t have either card, complete your booking and contact us at info@hotelarriate.be with your name, stay dates, and booked room — we will gladly assist you.

 

You will immediately receive a confirmation email. Two days before arrival, we’ll send you a second email with practical details, including your room number and a personal access code for both the hotel entrance and your room.

 

From 3:00 PM, you can check in independently using this code. Online check-in or check-out is not required — we take care of everything, so you can start your stay relaxed and worry-free.

When making your reservation, you can easily add breakfast through our booking system while selecting your room. Breakfast costs €12 per person per day.

Our breakfast offers a generous and varied selection, including:

  • Freshly baked rolls and croissants

  • Various spreads, cheeses, and cold cuts

  • Yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit

  • Juices, coffee, and tea

  • Plus a few delicious surprises to discover on-site

Breakfast is served:

  • On weekdays from 7:00 to 11:00

  • On weekends and public holidays from 8:00 to 11:00

Our breakfast hostess is present during breakfast service and any outstanding balance can be settled with her if needed.

 

Do you have special dietary requirements or allergies? Please inform us when making your reservation — we are happy to accommodate you.

 

Would you like to take a packed lunch for the road? Simply request it in advance during your reservation. A packed lunch costs €12 per person per  day and can be perfectly combined with breakfast.

At Hotel Arriate, we do not offer dinner, but we do serve a delicious breakfast for €12 per person per day. You can also request a packed lunch at the same rate (€12 per person per day). The lunch package can be combined with breakfast and must be requested in advance.

 

Would you like to enjoy dinner? Thanks to our prime location, you will find many restaurants within walking distance:

  • A Chinese restaurant

  • A snack bar (frituur)

  • An Italian restaurant

Once you’ve made your reservation, you will receive an email two days before arrival with all necessary information, including your personalized access code and room number.

 

We do not use physical keys. Instead, you receive one personal code by email for both the hotel entrance and your room door. This allows you to check in and out at your own pace, without any extra steps. Online check-in or check-out is not required — we handle everything for you.

 

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon request from 12:00-12:30 PM (subject to availability). Late check-in is always possible: your personal code allows you to enter at any time after 3:00 PM.

Check-out time is at the latest 11:00 AM.

 

Upon arrival, you can go directly to your room — everything is handled via our self check-in system. There is no need to report to a reception desk.

At Hotel Arriate, you will receive your personalized access code by email two days before arrival, allowing easy access to both the hotel and your room.

 

The Suite has a separate entrance on the parking side and can be accessed directly.
All other rooms are accessible via the hotel’s main entrance.

No need to report to reception — you can go straight to your room using the self check-in system.

 

Helpful tip:

  • Rooms starting with 1 are located on the first floor.

  • Rooms starting with 2 are located on the second floor.

If you have any questions upon arrival, feel free to contact us — we are happy to assist.

Requesting an invoice is possible but must be done in advance.

You can do so:

  • By adding a note during your reservation via our booking system

  • By sending us a message via Booking.com if you booked through that platform

  • By emailing info@hotelarriate.be

Please include the following information with your invoice request:

  • Company name

  • Full company address

  • VAT number

  • Email address where you would like to receive the invoice

If you have any special requirements for the invoice (e.g. internal references or specific formats), please mention these as well.

The following rooms at Hotel Arriate have a private bathtub and toilet:

  • Twin DLX Room 103

  • Double Room 105

  • Double Room 208

All other rooms are equipped with a private shower and toilet.
In every room, you are guaranteed private sanitary facilities.

 

Would you like a room with a bathtub? Please mention this when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).

Absolutely! You can park your car for free in our private parking area.

The parking is located on our property and monitored by cameras, so your vehicle is safe during your stay. No reservation for parking is required — there is enough space for all our guests.

 

There are also no height or width restrictions, so larger vehicles like vans or buses can easily park.

 

Would you like to park before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM? No problem. You’re welcome to park earlier on your arrival day.

Currently, our free private parking does not have charging stations for electric vehicles.

By car
Our hotel is easily accessible by car and public transport. You will find us at:
Antwerpsesteenweg 92, 9080 Lochristi, Belgium

We are located along the N70, close to the R4 exit, making us very easy to reach by car. We also offer free private parking with ample space for larger vehicles.

 

By public transport
A bus stop is located just 200 meters from the hotel, served by bus lines 76, 77, and 78. These buses also connect to Ghent and Dampoort, making the hotel ideal for public transport travelers.

Our hotel does not have an elevator but only has two floors.


Our luxury studio is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible without stairs.

 

If you have difficulty climbing stairs, you can request to stay on the first floor by emailing info@hotelarriate.be — we’ll gladly accommodate your request.

 

For wheelchair users or fully step-free stays, we recommend our studio on the ground floor, which is directly accessible from the parking area without any stairs or thresholds.

Forgot something in your room after check-out? No worries! Simply contact us by phone or email, and we will place the found item at reception. You can pick it up between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM while our staff is present.

Planning another stay soon? Let us know, and we’ll make sure your lost item is ready in your room upon arrival — so you don’t need to return just for that.
