How do I make a reservation?

Booking is very easy through our ‘Book Now’ button. You will be redirected straight to our booking system, where you can immediately see if there are rooms available for your desired dates. The system clearly shows which rooms are still available and which are fully booked.

During the booking process, you will go through the following steps:

  1. Select availability
    Choose your preferred dates. The system will immediately show if rooms are available for that period.
  2. Indicate number of guests
    Specify how many people will be staying.
  3. Choose a room
    Select your preferred room. Are only Double rooms available, but you would prefer two separate beds? No problem! Simply mention this in the comments section during your reservation – we will gladly accommodate your request.
  4. Add breakfast
    You can opt to add breakfast (€12 per person per day) to your stay.
  5. Add an extra reservation (optional)
    Are you staying on multiple dates or with different groups? You can easily add an extra reservation within the same booking.
  6. Fill in your personal details & add comments
    Enter your name, email address, and other details.

In the reservation comments section, you can mention, for example:

  • Your bed preference (e.g., two separate beds)

  • A request for early or late check-in

  • A request for an invoice

  • Any other special requests or remarks

After completing the payment (via Visa or Mastercard), your reservation is confirmed. Don’t have either? No worries – simply finalize your reservation and then contact us by email at info@hotelarriate.be. Mention your name, stay dates, and booked room, and we will work together to find a solution.

 

Upon confirmation, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Two days before your arrival, we will send you a second email with additional information about your stay, including your room number and a personalized access code for the hotel entrance and your room door.

With this code, you can self check-in independently at any time from the official check-in time (3 PM) onwards. Online check-in or check-out is not necessary – we will handle everything for you. All you need to do on the day of arrival is arrive, use your code, and fully enjoy your stay.

When making your reservation, you can choose to add breakfast to your stay. This can easily be done through our booking system at the time you book your room. Breakfast costs €12 per person per day.

 

Our breakfast offers an extensive and varied selection, including:

  • Freshly baked rolls and croissants

  • A variety of spreads, cheeses, and cold cuts

  • Yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit

  • Juices, coffee, and tea

  • And of course, some delightful extras to discover on-site

Breakfast is served:

    • On weekdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

 

  • On weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

During breakfast, our breakfast lady will also be present. If you still have an outstanding balance, you can conveniently settle it on-site with her.

Do you have specific dietary requirements or allergies? Feel free to let us know when making your reservation – we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

 

Would you like to take a packed lunch for the road? Please indicate this in advance when making your reservation. A packed lunch costs €12 per person per day and can be perfectly combined with breakfast.

At Hotel Arriate, we do not offer dinner, but we do provide a delicious breakfast for €12 per person per day. You can also request a packed lunch at the same rate (€12 per person per day). The packed lunch can be combined with breakfast and must be requested in advance.

 

Still craving something tasty in the evening? Our prime location comes in handy!

Our hotel is situated within walking distance of several dining options, including:

  • A Chinese restaurant

  • A snack bar (frituur)

  • A Pizza Hut

  • A grill restaurant

  • An Italian restaurant

  • A Colruyt supermarket for your grocery needs

You’ll never have to search far for a delicious meal nearby!

Once you have made a reservation, you will receive an email two days before your arrival with all the necessary information about your stay. This email will include your personalized access code and room number.

 

We operate without physical keys. Instead, you will receive your personal code by email, which grants you access to both the hotel entrance and your room door. With this code, you can easily check in and check out at any time after 3p.m., without any extra steps. You don’t need to do anything further for online check-in or check-out – we take care of it automatically for you.

 

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. 

  • Early check-in is possible upon request, starting from around 11:30 AM–12:00 PM (subject to availability). 
  • Late check-in is always possible: with your personal code, you can enter the hotel at any time after 3:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

 

 

Upon arrival, you can go straight to your room – everything runs through our self check-in system. There is no need to report to the reception desk.

 

At Hotel Arriate, we work with personalized access codes, which you will receive by email two days before your arrival. This code allows you to easily access both the hotel and your room.

 

The Suite has a separate entrance located on the parking side of the building. You can reach it directly without passing through the main entrance.
All other rooms are accessible via the hotel’s main entrance.

 

 

Upon arrival, there is no need to check in at a reception desk – you may go directly to your room. Everything operates through our self check-in system.

 

A handy tip:

  • Rooms with a number starting with 1 are located on the first floor.

  • Rooms with a number starting with 2 are located on the second floor.

Requesting an invoice is certainly possible, but it must be requested in advance.

 

You can do so in one of the following ways:

  • By adding a comment when making your reservation through our booking system

  • If you booked via Booking.com, by sending us a message through the platform

  • By sending an email to info@hotelarriate.be

When requesting an invoice, please always provide the following information:

  • Company name

  • Full company address

  • VAT number

  • Email address where you would like to receive the invoice

Do you have any specific preferences for the invoice (such as internal references or a particular format)?
If so, please clearly mention this in your email, comment, or message.

The following rooms at Hotel Arriate are equipped with a private bathtub and toilet:

  • Twin DLX Room 103

  • Double Room 105

  • Double Room 208

All other rooms are equipped with a private shower and toilet.


This way, you are guaranteed fully private bathroom facilities in every room during your stay.

Feel free to mention this when making your reservation or add it as a comment. We will do our best to accommodate your request when assigning the rooms (subject to availability).

Absolutely! You can park your car for free in our private parking area.


The parking lot is located on our private grounds and is monitored by security cameras, ensuring your vehicle is safe throughout your stay.

There is no need to reserve a parking spot – there is plenty of space available for all our guests.

There are also no height or width restrictions, so larger vehicles such as vans or buses can park without any issues.

 

Would you like to park your car before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM? No problem at all! You are more than welcome to park your vehicle earlier on the day of arrival.

Our free private parking currently does not have charging stations for electric vehicles.

By car

Our hotel is easily accessible by both car and public transport. You can find us at the following address:
Antwerpsesteenweg 92, 9080 Lochristi, Belgium

We are located along the N70, close to the R4 exit, making it very easy to reach us by car.
We also offer free private parking, with plenty of space available — even for larger vehicles.

 

By public transport
Just 200 meters from the hotel, there is a bus stop served by bus lines 76, 77, and 78.
These buses provide convenient connections to Ghent and Dampoort, making the hotel ideal for guests traveling by public transport.

 

Location
In the immediate surroundings of Hotel Arriate, you will find a range of convenient facilities, such as:

  • A bowling alley and a JumpSky trampoline park

  • Stores like AVA, Decathlon, Tom&Co, A.S. Adventure, Colruyt, and Dreamland

  • A gas station

  • Hair salons

Although we do not serve dinner ourselves, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel, including:

  • A Colruyt supermarket for your groceries

In short, Hotel Arriate is located in a prime area, with everything within easy reach for a comfortable and practical stay.

Our hotel does not have an elevator, but it only has two floors.

Our luxury studio is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible without the need to use any stairs.

 

Have difficulty climbing stairs? No problem. You can always request a room on the first floor by emailing us at info@hotelarriate.be — we will do our best to accommodate your preference when assigning rooms.

 

For wheelchair users or guests who prefer a fully step-free stay, we recommend choosing our ground floor studio. It is easily accessible from the parking area, without any steps or thresholds.

No worries! Feel free to contact us by phone or email, and we will make sure your lost item is safely kept at the reception.
You can pick it up between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, when our hotel team is available.
